DTC P0154: Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank No. 2 (Right Bank), Sensor No. 1 (B2 S1) Circuit, No Activity Detected: Condition

DTC is set when ECM (PCM) detects HO2S B2 S1 voltage input is lower than .5 volt. MIL is illuminated when ECM (PCM) detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles. Possible causes are:
