DTC P0141: Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank No. 1 (Left Bank), Sensor No. 2 (B1 S2), Heater Circuit Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when ECM (PCM) detects HO2S Bank 1, Sensor 2 heater circuit voltage input higher or lower than predetermined. MIL is illuminated when ECM (PCM) detects malfunction during 2 consecutive drive cycles. Possible causes are:
