DTC P0117: Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Circuit, Low Input: Condition

DTC is set when ECM (PCM) detects ECT sensor input voltage is less than 0.16 volt for 5 seconds. Possible causes are:

ECT sensor malfunction.
ECM (PCM) malfunction.
