Cooling Water Pipes or Hoses Removal and Installation: Installation

Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the following.

Always use new O-rings (4), when installing thermostat case (1) and water outlet pipe (2).
Install new gasket to cylinder head, when installing water outlet cap (3).

Refill cooling system with proper coolant referring to "COOLANT DESCRIPTION: " and "COOLING SYSTEM FLUSH AND REFILL: ".
