Cooling Fan and Fan Clutch Removal and Installation: Installation

Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the following.

After installation, adjust belt tension for specification and tighten each bolt and nut securely. Refer to "COOLING FAN / GENERATOR BELT CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT: ".
Tightening torque

Cooling fan / clutch nut (a): 25 N.m (2.5 kg-m, 18.0 lb-ft)

Refill cooling system with proper coolant referring to "COOLANT DESCRIPTION: " and "COOLING SYSTEM FLUSH AND REFILL: ".
After installation, check each joint for leakage.
