Abs Actuator (EBCM And BPMV) Assembly Removal And Installation: Removal

- Disconnect negative cable from battery.
- Using special tool, disconnect brake pipes (2) from ABS actuator (EBCM and BPMV) assembly (1).NOTE: Put bleeder plug cap onto pipe to prevent fluid from spilling. Do not allow brake fluid to get on painted surfaces.
Special tool
- (A): 09950-78220
- Disconnect ABS actuator (EBCM and BPMV) assembly connector.
- Remove bolt (2) and take out ABS actuator (EBCM and BPMV) assembly (1) from bracket (3).
CAUTION:
- Do not give an impact to ABS actuator (EBCM and BPMV) assembly.
- Use care not to allow dust to enter ABS actuator (EBCM and BPMV) assembly.
- Do not place hydraulic unit on its side or upside down. Handling it in inappropriate way will affect its original performance.
