Heater Control Lever Assembly Removal & Installation: Removal

Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
Remove mode control switch. See HEATER MODE CONTROL SWITCH REMOVAL & INSTALLATION .
Remove glove box.
Disconnect control cables (3) from blower motor unit (2) and heater unit (1).

Disconnect heater blower motor switch (1) connector at coupler.
Remove heater control lever assembly (2).
