Cooling Fan and Fan Clutch Removal and Installation: Installation

Install removed parts in reverse order of removal procedure.
After installation, adjust belt tension for specification referring to COOLING FAN/GENERATOR BELT TENSION CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT and tighten each bolt and nut securely.
Tightening torque
- Cooling fan/clutch nut (a): 25 N.m (2.5 kg-m, 18.0 lb-ft)
NOTE:
- Refill cooling system with proper coolant referring to COOLANT DESCRIPTION and COOLING SYSTEM FLUSH AND REFILL .
- After installation, check each joint for leakage.
