Pistons, Piston Rings, Connecting Rods & Cylinders Disassembly & Assembly: Disassembly

Using piston ring expander, remove two compression rings (Top and 2nd) and oil ring from piston.
Remove piston pin from connecting rod.
1. Ease out piston pin circlips (1) as shown in the figure.

2. Force piston pin out.
