Cooling Water Pipes or Hoses Removal and Installation: Installation

Install removed parts in reverse order of removal procedure, noting the following.

Tighten each clamp bolt securely.
When installing water outlet pipe (1) to cylinder head, apply sealant to pipe bolt thread and then tighten it.
1. "A": Sealant 99000-31110 (SUZUKI BOND No. 1215)

Refill cooling system with proper coolant. See COOLANT DESCRIPTION and COOLING SYSTEM FLUSH & REFILL .
Check each part for leakage.
