Removal & Installation (3.2L & 3.5L)

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain radiator coolant. Disconnect ECT sensor harness connector. ECT sensor is located in coolant crossover near upper radiator hose. Remove ECT sensor.
  2. Apply sealer to threads of ECT sensor. Install sensor to coolant crossover. Tighten ECT sensor to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
