Check for foreign material or debris jammed in frame rail and guide assembly. Ensure sun roof frame rail and guide assembly is rigidly mounted and properly installed. Ensure drive cable is properly installed. Check for any binding condition in sun roof frame rails, linkages, guides, drive cable or window pane.
