Diagnostic Aids

An intermittent condition is likely to be caused by short to B+ in driver-side air bag circuits. A DTC 25 history would be accompanied by DTC 17 current. Inspection of circuits and components indicated on DTC 25 is essential to ensure replacement SDM will not be damaged.
