Console Box: Removal

NOTE: Components: Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>COMPONENT>CONSOLE BOX .
  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
    NOTE: For models with power seat, move the front seat all the way forward before disconnecting the ground terminal from the battery sensor.
  2. Remove the grip. Ref. to CONTROL SYSTEMS>SELECT LEVER>REMOVAL
  3. Remove the cover assembly front.
    1. Release the clips.

    2. Disconnect the connector.
    3. Remove the cover assembly front.
  4. Remove the console box assembly.
    1. Remove the cap console.
    2. Remove the bolt.
    3. Remove the screws.
    4. Release the clips.
    5. Disconnect the connector.
    6. Remove the console box assembly.
