Air Cleaner Case: Installation

Install the air cleaner case bracket (A) and the side frame bracket (B).
Tightening torque:

7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)

Install the air cleaner case (front).
NOTE: Insert the protrusion of the air cleaner case (front) into the cushion of the air cleaner case bracket.

Tightening torque:

6 N.m (0.6 kgf-m, 4.4 ft-lb)

Install the air cleaner element and the air cleaner case (rear). Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DOTC)>AIR CLEANER ELEMENT>INSTALLATION .
Connect the turbo duct.
Tightening torque:

2.5 N.m (0.3 kgf-m, 1.8 ft-lb)
Connect the connector to the mass air flow and intake air temperature sensor.
Install the air intake duct. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DOTC)>AIR INTAKE DUCT>INSTALLATION .
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
