Rear Door Glass: Removal

  1. Operate the switch power window to move the glass assembly rear door to the lowest position.
  2. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  3. Remove the trim panel rear door. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>DOOR TRIM>REMOVAL>REAR DOOR .
  4. Remove the rear sealing cover. Ref. to EXTERIOR BODY PANELS>SEALING COVER>REMOVAL>REAR SEALING COVER .
  5. Remove the glass assembly rear door.
    CAUTION: Do not damage the sash or the sash molding while removing.
    1. Remove the sash assembly rear door partition, and remove the running channel rear door from the glass assembly rear door.

    2. Remove the glass assembly rear door partition.

    3. Slide the glass assembly rear door to remove from the regulator & motor assembly rear.
