Related Lines, More Than 52 Ω And Less Than 62 Ω (Power Unit Can_Electric Brake Booster)

CAN communication system Ref. to WIRING SYSTEM>CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM>WIRING DIAGRAM .

  1. CHECK BETWEEN RELATED LINES AND MAIN WIRING HARNESS  .
    1. Turn the ignition switch to OFF.
    2. Disconnect the electric brake booster Control Module connector.
    3. Using a tester, measure the resistance between terminals in the electric brake booster Control Module connector.

      Connector & terminal 

      (B80) No. 16 - (B80) No. 25:

    Is the resistance 400 Ω or more?

    Yes:  A related line between the electric brake booster Control Module and main wiring harness is open, or main wiring harness is open at two places or more.

    No:  Go to  2.

  2. CHECK RELATED LINES  .
    1. Disconnect the central gateway Control Module connector.
    2. Using a tester, measure the resistance between the electric brake booster Control Module connector and central gateway Control Module connector.

      Connector & terminal 

      (B80) No. 16 - (i88) No. 23:

      (B80) No. 25 - (i88) No. 24:

    Is the resistance 10 Ω or more?

    Yes:  Repair or replace the open circuit of electric brake booster related lines.

    No:  Check DTC of the electric brake booster. Ref. to ELECTRIC BRAKE BOOSTER (DIAGNOSTICS)>DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .
