Detect the malfunction of transmission secondary solenoid and hydraulic circuit (stuck to high/low pressure side).
After P1867 is detected, judge as NG if the voltage of the secondary pressure sensor is within the predetermined value after the predetermined period of time has elapsed since IG OFF.
