CVTF Cooler Pipe No. 1

CAUTION:

Wait until the CVTF cools down before starting the procedure.
If CVTF spills over the engine, exhaust pipe, etc., completely wipe it off to avoid emission of smoke and causing a fire.

Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY
Remove the air intake duct. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DOTC)>AIR INTAKE DUCT>REMOVAL
Remove the intercooler. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DOTC)>INTERCOOLER>REMOVAL
Disconnect the connector (A) and connector (B), and remove the clip (C), clip (D) and clip (E).

Disconnect the CVTF cooler inlet hose and CVTF cooler outlet hose.
NOTE:
Prepare the container for draining of engine oil.

Remove the CVTF cooler inlet hose and CVTF cooler outlet hose.

Remove the bolts securing the CVTF cooler pipe No. 1.

Remove the center exhaust pipe (rear). Ref. to EXHAUST (H4DOTC)>CENTER EXHAUST PIPE>REMOVAL>CENTER EXHAUST PIPE (REAR)
Disconnect the CVTF cooler inlet hose and CVTF cooler outlet hose. (Model without CVTF cooler (air cool))

Remove the CVTF CVT inlet hose. (Model with CVTF cooler (air cool))
