DTC B2B17: RL Door Power Window Driver's Door Manual Up Switch Stuck

DTC detecting condition: 

When the power window remote switch signal UP is received for 20±1 seconds or longer.

Trouble symptom: 

When the power window main switch is operated, the rear left window does not work.

1. CHECK MALFUNCTIONS  .
   1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
   2. Operate the power window main switch and check that the power window (rear seat LH) operates.

   Does the power window operate normally according to switch operation?

   Yes  : Even if DTC is displayed, the circuit has returned to a normal condition at this time. Reproduce the failure, and then perform the diagnosis again.

   NOTE:

   In this case, temporary poor contact of connector, temporary open or short circuit of harness may be the cause. 

   No  : Go to  2.

2. CHECK DTC  .

   Read the DTC of [Power Window (Switch)] using the Subaru Select Monitor. Ref. to POWER WINDOW (DIAGNOSTICS) >DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) 

   Is DTC B2B50 displayed? (Current malfunction)

   Yes  : Perform the diagnosis of DTC B2B50. Ref. to POWER WINDOW (DIAGNOSTICS) >DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE WITH DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC)>DTC B2B50 POWER WINDOW MAIN SWITCH FAILURE 

   No  : Replace the rear regulator and motor assembly LH. Ref. to GLASS/WINDOWS/MIRRORS>REAR REGULATOR AND MOTOR ASSEMBLY
