DTC B28B1: Stereo Camera Automatic Adjustment

DTC detecting condition:

When the stereo camera is not installed properly.

Trouble symptom:

All functions of EyeSight system do not operate.
High beam assist does not operate.

CAUTION:

Before performing diagnosis, refer to "CAUTION" in "General Description". Ref. to EYESIGHT (DIAGNOSTICS)>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>CAUTION

CHECK INSTALLATION CONDITION OF STEREO CAMERA .
Push in the back of stereo camera horizontally to check for proper installation. Ref. to EYESIGHT>STEREO CAMERA>INSTALLATION

NOTE:
Malfunction may be detected also when the stereo camera is not installed properly.

Is the check result OK?

Yes : Go to 2.

No : Install it properly.

And then, Go to 2.
READJUSTMENT OF STEREO CAMERA .
Perform the adjustment of the stereo camera. Ref. to EYESIGHT>CAMERA ADJUSTMENT, INSPECTION

Is it completed properly?

Yes : Go to 3.

No : Check the error code.
CHECK DTC .
Read the DTC of [EyeSight] using the Subaru Select Monitor. Ref. to EYESIGHT (DIAGNOSTICS)>DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC)

Is DTC B28B1 displayed? (Current code)

Yes : Replace the stereo camera. Ref. to EYESIGHT>STEREO CAMERA

No : Currently, it is normal. Finish the diagnosis.
