Rear Door Glass: Installation

Install the running channel rear door up to the roof center position (a) of the panel COMPL door rear.
CAUTION:
Check that the running channel is securely fixed to the door panel COMPL.

Install the glass assembly rear door.
CAUTION:
Avoid impact and damage to the door glass assembly.

Tightening torque:

7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
Install the glass rear door partition.

Install the sash assembly rear door partition.

Install the running channel rear door to the sash assembly rear door partition.

CAUTION:

Align the rib (a) of the running channel with the sash assembly upper end (b).

Install the sash assembly rear door partition.
Tightening torque:

Refer to "COMPONENT" of "General Description" for the tightening torque. Ref. to GLASS/WINDOWS/MIRRORS>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>COMPONENT>REAR DOOR GLASS

Install the rest of the running channel rear door.
NOTE:
After installation, check that there is no warpage, gap or scratch.
Install the sealing cover door rear. Ref. to EXTERIOR BODY PANELS>SEALING COVER>INSTALLATION>REAR SEALING COVER
Install the trim panel rear door. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>DOOR TRIM>INSTALLATION>REAR DOOR
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY
Perform the initial setting of the power window system. Ref. to GLASS/WINDOWS/MIRRORS>POWER WINDOW SYSTEM>OPERATION
