Front Seat Heater Unit

  1. Check the continuity between the connector terminals.
    NOTE:

    Perform measurement with the seat cushion and the backrest heater connector connected.

        Terminal No. Inspection conditions Standard
        1 - 2 Heater temperature
        20°C (68°F)        		 Approx. 5.21 Ω
      • RECARO® seat
        Terminal No. Inspection conditions Standard
        1 - 2 Heater temperature
        20°C (68°F)        		 Approx. 4.93 Ω
    • Backrest

        1 - 2 Heater temperature
        20°C (68°F)        		 Approx. 4.65 Ω
      • RECARO® seat

        20°C (68°F)        		 Approx. 4.94 Ω
  2. If no continuity exists, replace the seat heater unit with a new part.
