Pre-Collision Brake Off Indicator Light Does Not Illuminate/Pre-Collision Brake Off Indicator Light Goes Off Automatically
- CHECK CONDITION OF OCCURRENCE

Interview the customer to check if it occurs when the engine is started.
Does it occur when starting the engine?
Yes : This is normal. (Light illumination for a while and going off after the engine start is normal.)
No : Go to 2.
- CHECK DATA MONITOR

- Using the Subaru Select Monitor, check the following items in the [Data Monitor] of [EyeSight]. Ref. to EYESIGHT (DIAGNOSTICS)>DATA MONITOR
- Pre-Collision Brake Function
- Perform the ON/OFF operation on the "Pre-collision brake ON/OFF" setting screen of the center information display.
Do the ON/OFF operation of "Pre-collision brake ON/OFF" setting screen and the indication of [Data Monitor] match?
Yes : Go to 3.
No : Perform the inspection according to the diagnosis for cockpit control system. Ref. to COCKPIT CONTROL (DIAGNOSTICS)>BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE
- Using the Subaru Select Monitor, check the following items in the [Data Monitor] of [EyeSight]. Ref. to EYESIGHT (DIAGNOSTICS)>DATA MONITOR
- CHECK DATA MONITOR

- Using the Subaru Select Monitor, check the following items in the [Data Monitor] of [EyeSight]. Ref. to EYESIGHT (DIAGNOSTICS)>DATA MONITOR
- Pre-Collision Brake OFF Indicator
- Pre-Collision Brake Function
- Perform the ON/OFF operation on the "Pre-collision brake ON/OFF" setting screen of the center information display.
Is the indication of [Data Monitor] as shown below?
When "Pre-collision brake ON/OFF" setting screen is set to OFF: [Pre-Collision Brake OFF Indicator] is [Yes] and [Pre-Collision Brake Function] is [OFF].
When "Pre-collision brake ON/OFF" setting screen is set to ON: [Pre-Collision Brake OFF Indicator] is [No] and [Pre-Collision Brake Function] is [ON].
Yes : Go to 4.
No : Replace the stereo camera. Ref. to EYESIGHT>STEREO CAMERA>REMOVAL
- Using the Subaru Select Monitor, check the following items in the [Data Monitor] of [EyeSight]. Ref. to EYESIGHT (DIAGNOSTICS)>DATA MONITOR
- CHECK COMBINATION METER

Perform the ON/OFF operation on the "Pre-collision brake ON/OFF" setting screen of the center information display.
Is the pre-collision brake OFF indicator light of the combination meter as follows?
When the function is OFF: Illuminate
When the function is ON: Go off
Yes : Currently, it is normal. Finish the diagnosis.
No : Perform the inspection according to the diagnosis for combination meter. Ref. to COMBINATION METER (DIAGNOSTICS)>BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE
