DTC P0882: PVIGN Power Supply (Low)

DTC detecting condition:  Immediately at fault recognition

Trouble symptom:  Improper gear shifting

Wiring diagram:  AT control system Ref. to WIRING SYSTEM>AT CONTROL SYSTEM .

1. CHECK BATTERY  .

   Check the battery. Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DO)>BATTERY>INSPECTION .

   Is the check result OK?

   Yes:  Go to  2.

   No:  Charge or replace the battery. Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DO)>BATTERY .

2. CHECK HARNESS  .
   1. Disconnect the TCM connector. (B83)
   2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
   3. Measure the voltage between TCM connector and chassis ground.

      Connector & terminal 

      (B83) No. 21 (+) - Chassis ground (-):

   Is the voltage 11 - 14 V?

   Yes:  Go to  3.

   No:  Repair the harness or connector. Go to  3.

3. CHECK HARNESS  .
   1. Turn the ignition switch to OFF.
   2. Measure the resistance between TCM connector and chassis ground.

      Connector & terminal 

      (B83) No. 1 - Chassis ground:

   Is the resistance less than 1 Ω?

   Yes:  Replace the TCM. Ref. to AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION>TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE (TCM) .

   No:  Repair the harness or connector.
