Trunk Lid Garnish: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery. Refer to NOTE>NOTE>BATTERY .
    NOTE: For model with battery sensor, disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor.
  2. Remove the trim panel - trunk lid. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>TRUNK ROOM TRIM>REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the garnish - trunk.
    1. Remove the nut.
    2. Disconnect the clips and connectors, and remove the garnish - trunk.
