Rear Gate Garnish: Disassembly

  1. Disconnect the handsfree sensor connector. (Model with handsfree sensor)
  2. Remove the screws, and remove the garnish assembly rear gate LWR.

  3. Remove the screws, and then remove the handsfree sensor.

  4. Remove each protector and ornament. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR GATE GARNISH>REPLACEMENT .
  5. Remove the switch opener rear gate. Ref. to SECURITY AND LOCKS>REAR GATE OPENER BUTTON>REMOVAL .
  6. Remove the switch request (lock). Ref. to SECURITY AND LOCKS>REAR LOCK BUTTON>REMOVAL .
