Cruise Control Switch Is Not Turned To On. (Cruise Indicator Light Does Not Illuminate)

  1. PERFORM REAL TIME DIAGNOSIS  .

    Check the input signal of cruise control system. Ref. to Eyesight (Diagnostics)>Real-time Diagnosis .

    Is the check result OK?

    Yes  : Go to  3 .

    No  : Go to  2 .

  2. CHECK EyeSight STEERING SWITCH  .

    Check EyeSight steering switch. Ref. to EYESIGHT (DIAGNOSTICS)>DIAGNOSTICS WITH PHENOMENON>INSPECTION>CHECK EYESIGHT STEERING SWITCH .

    Is the check result OK?

    Yes  : Go to  3 .

    No  : Replace the EyeSight steering switch Ref. to EYESIGHT>CRUISE CONTROL COMMAND SWITCH .

  3. INSPECTION OF CRUISE INDICATOR  .

    Check the CRUISE indicator. Ref. to EYESIGHT (DIAGNOSTICS)>DIAGNOSTICS WITH PHENOMENON>INSPECTION>CHECK ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL INDICATOR LIGHT/CONSTANT SPEED CRUISE CONTROL INDICATOR LIGHT (WHITE OR GREEN) .

    Is the check result OK?

    Yes  : The circuit has returned to a normal condition at this time.

    NOTE: In this case, temporary poor contact of connector, temporary open or short circuit of harness may be the cause.

    No  : Repair or replace the faulty portion according to the inspection result.
