A Panel COMPL door front to Panel COMPL door rear 4.2±1 mm (0.17±0.04 in)
B Cover B pillar assembly front to Cover B pillar assembly rear 5.3±1.9 mm (0.21±0.07 in)
C Panel side outer to Molding door sash rear 5.2+1.5,-1 mm (0.2+0.06,-0.04 in)
D Surface level gap: Panel side outer to Molding door sash rear 3.4±1.5 mm (0.13±0.06 in)(1)
2.9±1.5 mm (0.11±0.06 in)(2)
E Cover C pillar assembly rear to Cover C pillar assembly(1)
Cover C pillar assembly rear to Glass rear quarter(2)
5.7±1.8 mm (0.22±0.07 in)(1)
4±1.9 mm (0.16+0.07 in)(2)
F Panel COMPL door rear to Panel side outer 4±1 mm (0.16±0.04 in)

  1. Adjust the vertical and horizontal positions of the panel COMPL door rear.
    1. Loosen the vehicle side bolts of the hinge assembly door rear UPR and the hinge assembly door rear LWR.

    2. Adjust the vertical and horizontal clearance of the panel COMPL door rear.
  2. Adjust the surface level gap between the panel COMPL door rear and the body.
CAUTION: Do not use an impact wrench. Welding area on the striker nut plate is easily broken.
  1. Loosen the screws (a).
  2. Tap the striker rear door (b) using a plastic hammer to adjust the surface level gap between the rear end of the panel COMPL door rear and the rear quarter.
