Accessory Power Supply Socket: Removal: Rear

• CONSOLE 
  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
     NOTE:

     • Release the shift lock and shift the select lever to the "N" position  . Ref. to CONTROL SYSTEMS>SELECT LEVER>REMOVAL .
     • On power seat models, move the front seat all the way forward before disconnecting the ground terminal from the battery sensor  .
  2. Remove the cover assembly front and the console box assembly. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>CONSOLE BOX>REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the socket assembly.
     1. While releasing the claw, press it in from the rear to remove the socket assembly.

• LUGGAGE ROOM 
  CAUTION: Before handling the airbag system components, refer to "CAUTION" of "General Description" in "AIRBAG SYSTEM". Ref. to AIRBAG SYSTEM>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>CAUTION .
  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from the battery sensor, and wait for at least 60 seconds before starting work. Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the rear seat cushion assembly. Ref. to SEATS>REAR SEAT>REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the trim panel assembly apron LH. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>REAR QUARTER TRIM>REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the socket assembly.
     1. While releasing the claw, press it in from the rear to remove the socket assembly.
