Brake Vacuum Hose

  1. Remove the air intake boot. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO)>AIR INTAKE BOOT>REMOVAL .
  2. Remove the vacuum hose and pipe.
    NOTE: Perform marking of the vacuum hose on the vacuum pump side as shown in the figure below.

    1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum pump.

    2. Disconnect the pipe clamp from the bulkhead.

    3. Disconnect the vacuum hose and pipe from the intake manifold assembly and the vacuum booster assembly.

    4. Disconnect the vacuum hose from vacuum pipe.
