Check Seat Heater Switch Illumination (Rear)
- CHECK SEAT HEATER SWITCH
.
Apply battery voltage between the adapter harness terminals, and then perform inspection.
CAUTION: When applying battery voltage, do not mix up the positive (+) side and the negative (-) side. Incorrect polarity connection may cause LED damage inside the switch.Connector and terminal
(AD68) No. 11 (+) - (AD68) No. 10 (-):
Do the illuminations come on?
Yes : The switch is normal. Check the connector for temporary poor contact.
No : Go to 2 .
- CHECK ADAPTER HARNESS
.
- Remove the seat heater switch. Ref. to SEATS>Seat Heater System>REMOVAL>SEAT HEATER SWITCH>REAR SEAT HEATER SWITCH .
- Check the continuity between the adapter harness connectors.
