Charge Lid Lock With Motor Assembly

  1. Check operation
    1. Check the operation when battery voltage is applied to the connector terminal.

      Terminal No. Inspection conditions Specification
      1 (+) - 2 (-) Apply battery voltage. The shaft operates.
    2. Check the shaft stroke (b) when lever (a) is operated.
      Measurement range Inspection conditions Standard
      Shaft stroke When lever is operated 11 mm
    3. Replace the charge lid lock with motor assembly if it is found to be defective.
