Explanation of circuits
Based on the signals from the Timer charging setting switch, the Electric vehicle charger assembly transitions to charging timer setting mode for setting timer charging reservations.
If the Charging connector lock/unlock function does not operate, it is possible that there is trouble or outside radio interference related to the Charging connector lock/unlock function in the Electric vehicle charger assembly <-> Keyless access control module system, Charging connector lock motor (Cable EV charger lock assembly) system, Charging connector lock switch (Charge inlet switch) system, or electrical key transmitter sub-assembly (electronic key).

The Electric vehicle charger assembly uses the CPLT signal to detect that the Electric vehicle charger cable assembly is connected and charging is possible. It then starts the plug-in charger control system and changes the CPLT signal voltage. The Electric vehicle charger assembly also uses the CPLT signal waveform duty ratio to recognize the rated current of the charging equipment (household power supply + Electric vehicle charger cable assembly or charger), and again changes the CPLT signal voltage to send notice to the charging equipment side (CCID unit) that the vehicle side is ready for charging.
The Electric vehicle charger assembly operates using the continuous power supply from the AMD2 terminal. When IG is ON and during charging, voltage is applied to the IGCT terminal from the IGCT scene relay that is started by the Hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly. The Electric vehicle charger assembly is also connected to ground via the case.
