Explanation Of Circuits

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

For an explanation of the circuit, refer to DTC P0D2D-16. Ref. to P-HEV DRIVE MOTOR (DIAGNOSTICS)>DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE WITH DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC)>DTC P0D2D-16: DRIVE MOTOR "A" INVERTER VOLTAGE SENSOR(VH) CIRCUIT VOLTAGE BELOW THRESHOLD .

NOTE: When switching to IG OFF from READY ON state, Motor generator control ECU discharges the voltage stored in Inside of inverter by energizing the motor while preventing torque from being generated in the motor. At normal condition, the VH voltage after discharging becomes almost 0 V. However, DTC is stored when the generated VH voltage is at the specified value or more after discharging.
