Bumper Bracket

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
    NOTE: For the hybrid model, disconnect the battery negative terminal.
  2. Remove the bumper face - front.
  3. Remove the under cover - front. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>FRONT UNDER COVER>REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the bracket center LWR - front.
    1. Remove the active grille shutter harness clamp. (Only with active grille shutter)
    2. Remove the bolts, and remove the bracket center LWR - front.

      NOTE: Release the claws if the under cover is mounted.
  5. Remove the bolts and clips, and remove the bracket - front bumper corner.
    1. Remove the access buzzer.
    2. Remove the bolts and clips, and remove the bracket - front bumper corner.

  6. Remove the bracket - front bumper side.
    1. Remove the screws.
    2. Remove the claws from behind the fender - front, and remove the bracket - front bumper side.
