Bumper Beam

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
    NOTE: For the hybrid model, disconnect the battery negative terminal.
  2. Remove the bumper face - front.
  3. Remove the energy absorber foam.
  4. Remove the bolts and disconnect the connector, and remove the active grille shutter. (Model with active grille shutter)

  5. Remove the bolts and disconnect the connector, and remove the frame assembly - active grille shutter. (Model without active grille shutter)

  6. Release the clips and claws, then remove the air guide LWR. (Hybrid model)

  7. Remove the bolts, and remove the bumper beam COMPL - front.
