Check Seat Heater Switch Illumination (Front)
- CHECK SEAT HEATER SWITCH

- Disconnect the connector of seat heater switch.
- Apply battery voltage between seat heater switch terminals.CAUTION: When applying battery voltage, do not mix up the positive (+) side and the negative (-) side. Incorrect polarity connection may cause LED damage inside the switch.

No. 6 (+) - No. 5 (-):
Do the illuminations come on?
Yes: Go to 2.
No: If the indicator does not illuminate, replace the seat heater switch with a new part. Ref. to SEATS>SEAT HEATER SYSTEM>REMOVAL>SEAT HEATER SWITCH .
- CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Measure the voltage between harness connector terminal and chassis ground.
Connector & terminal
(AD27) No. 6 (+) - Chassis ground (-):
Is the voltage 10 V or more?
Yes: Go to 3.
No: Repair or replace the harness.
- CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
.
Measure the resistance between harness connector terminal and chassis ground.
Connector & terminal
(AD27) No. 5 - Chassis ground:
Is the resistance less than 10 Ω?
Yes: Check the connector for temporary poor contact.
No: Repair the harness.
