Related Lines, More Than 52 Ω And Less Than 62 Ω (Auto Headlight Beam Leveler)

1. CHECK BETWEEN RELATED LINES AND MAIN WIRING HARNESS  .
   1. Disconnect the auto headlight beam leveler control module connector.
   2. Using a tester, measure the resistance between the auto headlight beam leveler control module connector terminals.

      Connector and terminal 

      MT model 

      (B616) No. 23 - (B616) No. 24:

      CVT model 

      (B616) No. 15 - (B616) No. 16:

   Is the resistance 400 Ω or more?

   Yes:  A related line between auto headlight beam leveler control module and main wiring harness is open, or main wiring harness is open at two places or more.

   No:  Go to  2.

2. CHECK RELATED LINES  .
   1. Disconnect the audio or navigation unit connector.
   2. Using a tester, measure the resistance between audio or navigation unit connector and auto headlight beam leveler control module connector.

      Connector and terminal 

      MT model 

      (B616) No. 23 - (i87) No. 9:

      (B616) No. 24 - (i87) No. 10:

      CVT model 

      (B616) No. 15 - (i87) No. 9:

      (B616) No. 16 - (i87) No. 10:

   Is the resistance 10 Ω or more?

   Yes:  Repair or replace the open circuit of auto headlight beam leveler related lines.

   No:  Check DTC of auto headlight beam leveler system. Ref. to HEADLIGHT / FOGLIGHT (DIAGNOSTICS)>DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .
