Inverter Tank: Removal

  1. Drain engine coolant. (Inverter assembly side) Ref. to COOLING (H4DO(HEV))>ENGINE COOLANT>REPLACEMENT>DRAINING OF ENGINE COOLANT>INVERTER ASSEMBLY SIDE .
  2. Remove the inverter radiator outlet hose from the clamp.

  3. Remove the air intake duct. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO (EXCEPT FOR HEV))>AIR INTAKE DUCT>REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the cover UPR - front.

  5. Remove the bracket - hood stay.

  6. Remove the bolt securing the inverter tank, disconnect the inverter radiator outlet hose (A) and remove the inverter tank.

  7. Disconnect the over flow hose (A) and inverter tank outlet hose (B) from the inverter tank.
