Detect a malfunction by measuring the rear oxygen sensor response time after fuel cut.
Judge as NG when the following conditions are established.

| Output voltage value of rear oxygen sensor | Less than 0.5V |
| Elapsed time | More than 3000 ms |
Time needed for diagnosis: Less than 1 s
Malfunction indicator light illumination: Illuminates when malfunction occurs in 2 continuous driving cycles.
