X MODE Switch: Inspection

- Check the resistance between connector terminals.
Terminal No. Inspection conditions Standard 1 - 4 OFF (when measured without operating the switch) Approx. 1 MΩ ON (when measured with the switch held down) Less than 1 Ω - Apply battery voltage between the connector terminals to check lighting status of illumination.
CAUTION:
When applying battery voltage, do not mix up the positive (+) side and the negative (-) side.
Incorrect polarity connection may cause LED damage inside the switch.
