Detected when the vehicle speed feedback is not possible.
Set vehicle speed cannot be maintained because of some reasons (steep uphill, parking brake forgotten to be returned to the home position, etc.) during cruise driving.
The cancel code is detected when the driving condition is not suitable for cruise control.
Eliminate the probable cause, and perform the cruise set operation again.
