Center Differential: Installation

  1. Attach the center differential to transfer case.
  2. Install the transfer driven gear. Ref. to MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL (5MT)>TRANSFER DRIVEN GEAR>INSTALLATION .
  3. Install the transfer case together with the extension case assembly. Ref. to MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL (5MT)>TRANSFER CASE AND EXTENSION CASE ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION .
  4. Install the back-up light switch and the neutral position switch. Ref. to MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL (5MT)>SWITCHES AND HARNESS>INSTALLATION .
  5. Install the manual transmission assembly to the vehicle. Ref. to MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL (5MT)>MANUAL TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION .
