CVTF Cooler Pipe No. 2 (Model With CVTF Cooler (Air Cool))

  1. Install the CVTF cooler pipe No. 2.
    CAUTION: Be careful not to bend the pipe front.

    Tightening torque: 

    7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)

  2. Install the pipe front to the clip.
  3. Install a new CVTF cooler (air cool) inlet hose and a new CVTF cooler (air cool) outlet hose.

  4. Install the air guide LH.
  5. Install the bumper face front. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Front Bumper>INSTALLATION .
  6. Install the engine wiring harness and the battery cable to the bracket.
  7. Install the engine wiring harness to the clip (D), and connect the connector (C).
  8. Connect the connector (A) and connector (B) in numerical order shown in figure.

  9. Connect the harness connector to the sensor assembly pressure.
  10. Install a new CVTF CVT inlet hose and a new CVTF CVT outlet hose.

  11. Install the center exhaust pipe (rear). Ref. to EXHAUST (H4DOTC)>Center Exhaust Pipe>INSTALLATION .
  12. Install the battery. Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DOTC)>Battery>INSTALLATION .
  13. Check the CVTF level. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR690)>CVTF>INSPECTION .
