Accessory Power Supply Socket: Removal: Rear: Console

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
    NOTE:
    • Release the shift lock and shift the select lever to the "N" position. Refer to CONTROL SYSTEMS>Select Lever>REMOVAL .
    • On power seat models, move the front seat all the way forward before disconnecting the ground terminal from the battery sensor.
  2. Remove the cover assembly front and the console box assembly. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Console Box>REMOVAL .
  3. Remove the duct console rear. (Models with rear seat air conditioning) Refer to AIR CONDITIONER>Air Vent Duct>REMOVAL>CONSOLE DUCT .
  4. Remove the socket assembly.
    1. Disconnect the connector.
    2. While releasing the claw, press it in from the rear to remove the socket assembly.
