H4DO Model

  1. Remove the air intake boot. Refer to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO)>Air Intake Boot>REMOVAL .
    NOTE: With the PCV hose connected, remove the air intake boot from the air cleaner case (rear) and throttle body.
  2. Remove the vacuum hose & pipe.
NOTE: Perform marking of the vacuum hose on the vacuum pump side as shown in the figure below.

  1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum pump.

  2. Disconnect the pipe clamp from the bulkhead.

  3. Disconnect the vacuum hose & pipe from the intake manifold assembly and the vacuum booster assembly.

  4. Disconnect the vacuum hose from vacuum pipe.
