Related Lines, More Than 56 Ω And Less Than 64 Ω (P-Can_Inverter With Converter Assembly)

NOTE:
When the measured resistance value is 56 - 64 Ω, main wiring harness or related lines may be shorted to ground, or shorted to power supply line, or related lines may be open.
- CHECK BETWEEN RELATED LINES AND MAIN WIRING HARNESS

- Disconnect the Inverter with converter assembly connector.
- Using a tester, measure the resistance between terminals in PCM connector.
Connector & terminal
(HV23) No. 21 - (HV23) No. 22:
Is the resistance 400 Ω or more?
Yes : A related line between Inverter with converter assembly and main wiring harness is open, or main wiring harness is open at two places or more.
No : Go to 2.
- CHECK RELATED LINES

- Disconnect the ECM connector.
- Using a tester, measure the resistance between Inverter with converter assembly connector and ECM connector.

Is the resistance 10 Ω or more?
Yes : Repair or replace the open circuit of Inverter with converter assembly related lines.
No : Check DTC of Inverter with converter assembly. Ref. to P-HEV DRIVE MOTOR (DIAGNOSTICS)>DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .
