Related Lines, More Than 52 Ω And Less Than 62 Ω (Body-Can Telematics)

  1. CHECK BETWEEN RELATED LINES AND MAIN WIRING HARNESS  .
    1. Disconnect the DCM connector.
    2. Using a tester, measure the resistance between terminals in DCM connector.

      Connector & terminal 

      (i270) No. 6 - (i270) No. 16:

    Is the resistance 400 Ω or more?

    Yes  : A related line between DCM and main wiring harness is open, or main wiring harness is open at two places or more.

    No  : Go to  2.

  2. CHECK RELATED LINES  .

    Using a tester, measure the resistance between DCM connector and audio or navigation unit connector.

    Connector & terminal 

    (i270) No. 6 - (i87) No. 9:

    (i270) No. 16 - (i87) No. 10:

    Is the resistance 10 Ω or more?

    Yes  : Repair or replace the open circuit of telematics system related lines.

    No  : Check DTC of the telematics. Ref. to TELEMATICS SYSTEM (DIAGNOSTICS)>DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .
