NOTE: When the measured resistance value is 56 - 64 Ω, main wiring harness or related lines may be shorted to ground, or shorted to power supply line, or related lines may be open.
  1. CHECK BETWEEN RELATED LINES AND MAIN WIRING HARNESS  .
    1. Disconnect the Electric vehicle charger assembly connector.
    2. Using a tester, measure the resistance between Electric vehicle charger assembly connector terminals.

      Connector & terminal

      (HV31) No. 19 - (HV31) No. 20:

Is the resistance 400 Ω or more?

Yes  : A related line between Electric vehicle charger assembly and main wiring harness is open, or main wiring harness is open at two places or more.

    No  : Go to  2.

  2. CHECK RELATED LINES  .
    1. Disconnect the ECM connector.
    2. Using a tester, measure the resistance between Electric vehicle charger assembly connector and ECM connector.

      Connector & terminal

      (HV31) No. 20 - (B134) No. 4:

      (HV31) No. 19 - (B134) No. 15:

Is the resistance 10 Ω or more?

Yes  : Repair or replace the open circuit of Electric vehicle charger assembly (charge control ECU) related lines.

No  : Check DTC of Electric vehicle charger assembly. Ref. to PLUG-IN BATTERY CHARGER (DIAGNOSTICS)>DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .
